NADA TARKHAN

The intention of this project is to detail the analysis of the Technology Center in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and to identify areas of urban potential. The model highlighted takes both urban energy modeling and financial indicators into consideration. Two designs are proposed, as a means to develop the site and increase both its financial returns and capitalize on social sustainability. Mobility studies, integration of green spaces and activation of the river frontage are some of the goals that the final case design aims to achieve.
